Transactions at Psychthere are subject to terms and conditions, just like any other kind of shopping. We'll be as succinct as our lawyers will permit. The most important thing to keep in mind is that by placing an order or buying something from Psych There, you agree to the conditions listed below and the Policy.

You won't be able to request a refund if there is a problem with the good or service you purchased or if you are dissatisfied with it.

Refunds

We pride ourselves on providing the top goods and services to our clients. Each and every item/service you select has undergone extensive inspection and planning following strict quality and assessment tests.

Unfortunately, there are times when we might not have the product(s) you select in stock or run into problems with our inventory or quality control. We might have to cancel your order in such circumstances. So that you won't have to worry about your order unnecessarily, you will be informed in advance. Once our team verifies your request, you will receive a refund if you made your purchase using an online payment method rather than cash on delivery.

Before processing the ordered item, we perform a careful quality check. When packaging the product, we take the utmost care. At the same time, we make sure the packaging is strong enough to prevent harm to the goods during travel. Please be aware that Psychthere disclaims responsibility for any harm done to the objects while they are in transit or being transported.

We adhere to the following guidelines to guarantee openness, effectiveness, and superior client service:
Online or in physical stores, we DO NOT accept returns on products that have been sold.
For any workshops, internships, certificate courses, or diploma programmes, we DO NOT ALLOW REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS.
Refunds for any purchases, whether bought in a physical store or online, are NOT granted.
We DO NOT support returning our products for a refund.
Because we cannot guarantee that the products we are providing to our consumers are of the highest quality, we DO NOT partake in the practise and strongly discourage it.
For orders coming from abroad:
We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.
A refund can be processed if you cancel the order before it is processed and sent out for shipping. Prior to shipping, orders are typically processed within 1-2 days.
Orders that have started shipped cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
