Hi! I’m Taman.
I’m a counselling psychologist and an arts based therapist with an eclectic, trauma-informed approach. My work draws from many places because therapy rarely fits into just one method and healing rarely is compactly described in just one book.
I work with the understanding that healing isn’t linear and insight alone isn’t enough as safety in the body matters as much as meaning in the mind.
I’m drawn to the in-between spaces and deeply believe that every phase of the journey deserves the same intensity of respect and care as the destination. I see therapy as a space of slow, steady and respectful accompaniment with no rush- moving at the pace of trust, agency, and nervous system safety.
